Oddbins offers a fantastic opportunity to make a career in the wine trade. We are always interested to hear from talented people who bring professionalism, passion, drive and enthusiasm to their work who would like to join our branch teams. If you are looking for a fast-paced career in a dynamic company then Oddbins could be for you.

Whilst previous retail experience isn’t essential, it is important that you have a passion for selling combined with an interest in wine and a willingness to learn. We pride ourselves in the service we offer our customers which sets us apart from our competitors so excellent customer service skills are a must. If you have a flair for merchandising that is an added bonus as you will have lots of opportunity to express your creative side within our branches.

We do not expect our new recruits to have extensive wine knowledge when they join however it is important that you have a real interest in the product and are keen to learn about it. We have a number of experienced and knowledgeable staff that you will have the opportunity to work alongside and we offer the opportunity to study for WSET qualifications.

If all this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you. We currently have 47 branches across England and Scotland, largely centred in Central and Outer London, Glasgow and Edinburgh. To see a full list of our current locations, please click here.
