  • How do I book?

You can follow the simple link online and pay by card for any of our pre-set tastings. For bespoke and tailored packages we will invoice you the amount which can either be paid by card or BACS transfer.

  • Can you come to my work/club/home?

Yes we can. All our packages are based on us visiting your own premises.

  • Can we hold our event in another location?

Absolutely. We have selected some great venues to hold your event, which may be subject to a surcharge on the quote. You can contact us for further details.

  • What is included in my tasting?

A 1.5 - 2 hour tutored tasting by our specialist tasting team (adjustable for bespoke bookings), use of our ISO tasting glasses, wine notes and tasting packs, additional optional extras such as food, quizzes, prizes and an introductory drink are also available.

  • How long are wine tastings?

Normally 1.5 - 2 hours for our set tastings but we can tailor shorter or longer ones to suit.

  • Can I buy gift vouchers for events?

Yes you can buy someone a personal wine tasting for two to four people.

  • Do I need a minimum amount of people?

Set tasting prices are based on a minimum of 10 people but we can create bespoke tastings for individuals and small groups.

  • Can I choose what we have on tasting?

Of course! We have put together some amazing wines in our tastings, but if you have your eye on other wines in our range, then feel free to create your own line-up.

  • Can we have food with our wine tasting?

Yes, we can arrange your tasting to involve a food and wine matching element. We hold tastings at specially selected restaurants, where we can either integrate food and wine pairing or arrange so that you finish your session with a meal for the group.

  • How much notice do we need to give?

We usually require a minimum of three weeks notice for events. However, we can accommodate last minute bookings if we are free, so always best to contact us.

  • Can I pay a deposit?

For bookings with a minimum of two weeks notice we can secure your date with a 20% deposit. Your final balance will be payable one week prior to the event. Late notice bookings will require full payment on booking.

  • Do we need insurance?

No, you are insured under our Public Liability Insurance for all events.

  • Can anyone come to the event?

All we require is that those who are attending are all minimum 18 years old and behave in a socially acceptable manner.
