Vines trained with the Guyot system and grapes harvested at the start of September.
During the vinification system, soft pressure was applied to the whole grapes, to clarify and filtrate before fermentation in an autoclave at a low temperature.
It has a delightful, golden straw colour, made even more appealing by its delicate, light bubbles. It has a fragrant nose, with notes of rose, honey, apple and pineapple, made brighter by a sage-like vegetal note. Light sweetness on the palate is saved from being cloying by the wine’s citrus acidity.
