Château Coussin Rosé 2009 is 'the perfect Provence Rosé' according to Steven Spurrier from Decanter, typical for the appellation Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire.
Tasting Notes : Pale and luminous pink, nose of cranberries an peony,freshness and fruity for the mouth with notes of peach and pink grapefruit, nice harmony with a good aromatic persistence.
Method of Production : Organic reconversion 3rd years, maceration of the destemmed grapes at low temperature in stainless steel crushers. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
