Made in a century old pot still, this is a 40% premium gin, and then some! Using fresh botanicals added before distillation (not just flavours added after), the spirit is shipped to Iceland and blended with ultra-pure water, before making its way back to our shores, and being stocked by every proper cocktail bar in the country.

Tasting Notes : Your first sip will conjure up the scent of oriental flowers at dusk and a whisper of clean stands of trees in the winter wind. Or you may find the sharp, citrus fragrances reminding you of a warm night in Seville. So smooth it can even be drunk neat.

Method of Production : Over eight botanicals and aromatics, including selected Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, angelica, Florentine orris, liquorice root, coriander, finest Seville citrus peel, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon bark (plus a secret ingredient) steeped overnight in neutral spirit. A traditional copper pot still is then used to distil the now infused spirit. This keeps the 'body' of the spirit high and because of a lower distilling strength the congeners (flavours) are kept within the final product. Only a small part of the hear t of the distillate is kept with the foreshots and feints being discarded, and not redistilled. Then the madness - every drop of the spirit is shipped to Iceland to be blended with more neutral spirit and uniquely pure Icelandic glacial water (it takes hundreds of years to melt). Thus producing a very soft yet pure taste.

I love this gin! If you've got an ounce of style go for this one - the bottle is fantastic and it's so much easier to drink than the more common brands.

Perfect easy drinking gin - discovered it in 2003 and soon replaced my Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray. Friends all agree it makes a great, refreshing G&T. Look out for the Westbourne Strength Miller's if Martinis are more to your taste...

Worth the extra money for officially the third best gin in world. Incidentally the best in the world is millers westbourne strength! A very individual taste that you will not tire of in a hurry. It's the only gin I will drink possibly forever.

Very sweet and perfumed, not unlike bombay sapphire. This however is not a real gin drinkers gin and something more substantial is needed for a proper martini. Nice in other more fruity cocktails however

Gin is my favourite drink and now I have a reason to love it even more after I discovered Martin Miller's Gin, it is so smooth that you can even drink it neat and the flavour is so refreshing. A modern classic!
