Method of Production : The Garnacha was picked from old bush vines growing on high terraces on slatey 'Llicorella' soils. Hand-picked, the fruit was crushed and macerated. Made in the 'saignee' method, a portion of the juice was drawn from the tank at the stage when the rose colour had been picked up from the skins. Fermentation and malolactic conversion took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
