Mmmmm - delicious, quaffable party wine - enjoy it!

Tasting Notes : Intense ruby red colour with dark purple hues. Elegant hints of berries, spice and liquorice. Full-bodied, persistent, with a velvety and buttery finish on the palate.

Method of Production : The red grapes are destemmed slowly and the skins macerated at controlled temperature. Pressing is carried out delicately, to avoid the bitter tannins and to obtain a deeper colour. Malolactic fermentation naturally follows primary fermentation for 20-25 days. Maturation in steel tank for 6months.
