This refreshing wine from the beautiful South of France sees Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Chenin Blanc, Chasan, Ugni blanc, Colombard grapes blended into a fun and vivacious white. Full of fruity citrus notes, it's just begging to be opened and enjoyed now!

Tasting Notes : Colour: Bright gold with green tints.l balanced and long lasting Nose: Complex with citrus and white flowers notes evolving toward tropical fruit aromas. Palate: Fruity, rich and vivid. Ample and well balanced and long lasting

Producer : Paul Mas

Method of Production : Each varietal is vinified separately. Destemming , Skin contact for 4 to 8 hours at 6 degrees, (according to the varietal). Filtration of the must, pneumatic Bucher press, racking at very low temperature and fermentation for 3 weeks at 18 degrees. This process is extremely geared to maximum fruit,aromas and softness preservation.
