In just 20 years, Margaret River has acquired a reputation for wine to match its legendary beaches and surf. Brookland Valley employ the very latest vineyard and winemaking technology to produce the best of Western Australia.
Tasting Notes : Intense aromas of pink grapefruit, lime and orange mix with nougat and vanilla. Soft, fleshy palate with excellent length.

Method of Production : The grapes were sourced from 20 year-old Mendoza clone vines grown on the winery's own estate in the Margaret River region, Western Australia. Following a cool vintage which extended the ripening season, the fruit was hand-picked, meticulously sorted and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation took place in a mixture of stainless steel and French oak barriques using a cultured yeast strain. The wine was matured for 12 months in French oak prior to bottling.
