Marsala
The Marsala dolce is good, butI have tried everywhere to buy some dry Marsala which is needed for several recipes. Your website is quoted in Masterchef goes large as the supplier, but no luck. (Editor's Note) Anne, we don't actually sell a dry Marsala (Marsala Secco) at the moment. However, I do know that Pellegrino produce one, so it might be worth getting in contact with them (www.carlopellegrino.it)

The most distressing thing about this fine marsala is it appears to be the only one on wine shop and supermarket shelves. It would be nice to have the choice of Pellegrino CREMOVO (al'Uovo)with the richer flavour afforded by egg yolk.
