Tasting Notes : The wine is a gentle green-yellow with some cassis aromas and a fruit driven palate. It exhibits concentrated, vibrant acidity and great length with some exotic fruits.

Method of Production : The grapes were destemmed, crushed and cold macerated briefly for two hours, after which the juice was pressed off and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18°C using the naturally occurring yeasts. The wine was thenallowed to remain in contact with its lees, still in tank, for a further three months prior to being fined and bottled.
