Method of Production : The exact recipe remains a closely-guarded family secret but we'll tell you what we know. Finest quality light white Bahaman rums are produced by fermenting and distilling molasses from sugar cane, they are then blended. Bacardi is filtered through charcoal for smoothness then aged for a year in natural white oak giving its unique, smooth character. The spirit is filtered again before bottling, leaving it completely pure.

BACARDI mojitos

Bacardi Superior makes the most refreshing mojitos I have ever tried, I got the recipe of their website and made the tastiest crisp and light mojito. I added fresh raspberries to the recipe which was also delicious.

A good rum, but not brilliant for straight shots. Mainly a mixer, even though I tend to drink it on its own.

I gave three cuz I'm positive and stuff. It does the job and it aint rot gut rum, but you could achieve the same morning after effect with say, Castillo Silver or some "exotic" coco ribi.
