Baileys Irish Cream
Product Code: 33154
The classic cream liqueur that is fabulous in your coffee on a cold winter's day or on its own over ice.
Tasting Notes : No prizes for guessing that it's both creamy and tastes of whisky! Soft, silky smooth and sweet.
Producer : Bailey's
Method of Production : A blend of smooth Irish whiskey and cream. Cream comes from Avonmore Waterford Plc, 70 miles outside Dublin. Cream is delivered daily and blended on that day. The cream is kept at 4°C to prevent spoilage before blending with preserving whiskey. A little vanilla and chocolate are used in the blend. Sugar for sweetening is from sugarbeet grown and processed in Ireland. Baileys use 4 million litres of cream a year, 4.3% of Ireland's milk production.

Nice stuff but way overpriced.

I agree! Is this a miniature or a what? (Ed. no it's 70cl like all other spirits not specifically listed as otherwise.)

Great drink - made by the cows who eat barley and drink malt whisky all day. A bit expensive considering all the cream in there, but nevertheless nice.
