Tasting Notes : The characteristics on the palate consist of red fruits, spice and mocha. The palate expresses total balance, with freshness as well as round mouth-feel.

Method of Production : Carbonic maceration and destemming used when appropriate to grape variety and terroir. Temperature controlled throughout the fermentation.
