Casillero del Diablo Pinot Noir
Product Code: 75208
If wines such as this are anything to go by, one day the cool climate regions of Chile such as the Casablanca Valley will become as synonymous with great, fruit-driven Pinot Noir as New Zealand's Central Otago region.
Tasting Notes : Aromas of strawberries and toasty oak precede a medium-bodied palate with good structure and lengthy finish.
Producer : Concha y Toro
Method of Production : The grapes were handpicked from the El Triángulo, Lo Ovalle and Los Pralles vineyards between March and April. The grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks for three to four days before being transferred to French oak barrels to mature for eight months.
