Full, fresh and intense Spanish Trempanillo, with sweet tannins. A great wime to enjoy with roasts, casseroles and meat dishes!.

Tasting Notes : Ripe cherry with violet touches. Intense nose of preserved dark fruit with a hint of liquorice. Full, fresh mouth, with mature, elegant, sweet tannins. Long finish.

Method of Production : Hand harvested in the second week of October in small 20Kg cases, the grapes are carefully selected for ripeness, potential alcohol between 13 and 14 degrees and excellent health. The vineyard is over 25 years old. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel, between 26º-28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. 3 months in French and American oak barrels.
