ONA is all about making the best possible wine while being innovative and experimental with different grape varietals. With fairly equal proportions of Riesling, Viognier and Chardonnay the result is an extremely well balanced and delicate blend, fresh on the palate and with a long finish.

Tasting Notes : A delicate blend of Riesling, Viognier and Chardonnay. It combines the mineral notes of Riesling with the apricote and floral notes of Viognier and the tropical aromas of Chardonnay. Delightful fresh and well balanced with a long finish.

Method of Production : The different varieties are fermented separately. They are blended in September of that same year. 25% of the total wine is fermented in French oak barrels for 4 months. No egg/dairy used in the winemaking process.

Battle in a bottle?

Whoever would have thought that these three grapes would sit together so well in one wine? All three components have such strong characteristics that I was not convinced they would not argue amongst each other for attention. Exactly the opposite, in fact. The secret must lie in the fact that they each give such full bodied wines, they mingle with each other perfectly, each contributing, none domineering. The flavours are awesome and really powerful. Perfect!!

what a find, lovely very drinkable white that is very well made. Takes all the positives from the 3 varieties and blends them seemlessly - worth forking out a tenner!
