Tasting Notes : Chill to just above freezing (5 to 7°C) and you will experience the balance of warming intensity and smooth mellow characters of grassy nuances & sweetness.

Method of Production : The raw ingredient is Russian winter wheat, from whose starch a sugar solution is made, and then fermented into alcohol. This is then distilled three times. With each cycle the spirit is filtered through birch charcoal. Next there is the addition of natural filtered and purified water (not distilled) in a ratio of three to one. This creates a strength of 40%. Lastly, to bring out the flavours of winter wheat, tiny amounts of acacia honey are added. This also accentuates the smoothness of the vodka.

Food Choice

Try chilled with peasant-styled nibbles such as pickled gherkins, picked herrings, rye bread or boiled potatoes.
