One of the last independent Calvados producers, the Deschamps family manages the distillery as well as the orchard and cider production plant. This leads to greater control which shows in the resultant spirit.

Tasting Notes : Loads of fresh, clean apples on the nose with a robust and fruity palate.

Method of Production : The grapes come from the family owned orchard in the Pays d'Auge. The distillation of the cider is carried out in 6 pot stills and the maturation takes place in large oak vats made from 'Chene Merin'. The style of their Calvados refects the freshness and fruity aromas of the strictly selected, small, bitter sweet apples used for their production.
