Classic Pinot Grigio. Light-bodied yet with excellent depth and length of flavour. A tribute to the renaissance in Italian white winemaking.

Tasting Notes : Light to medium-bodied with refreshing crispness and a pleasant weight of clean, minerally, tangy fruit.

Method of Production : The grapes were hand picked from vineyards in the Grave del Friuli region of North East Italy. The bunches were gently pressed in an airbag press, producing clean juice that was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine gained a little extra body from ageing with its fermentation lees before bottling.
