The Oddbins Take

This wine is hand harvested and using only natural yeast before the grapes are gently pressed and the juice transferred to barrel for the two fermentation processes. After 16 months on the fine lees, the wine is racked and bottled. It has a floral nose with notes of white roses followed by sweet lime. On the palate it has soft front fruit flavours followed by white peach and then lime, wrapped in cream but with a refreshing clean mineral finish.
