Track your Orders

We have an automated tracking system that allows you to monitor the progress of your order with the click of a mouse or the swipe of a screen. The status of your order will be updated in your account - simply log in to track your parcels. Of course, you can always call customer services on 0800 328 2323 or email to track your order. We are in the office from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

We track every parcel daily from the moment you place it to the point it's delivered so you can rest assured your order is in safe hands and will reach your recipient. If there are any problems, we will take immediate action and resend the parcel and update you accordingly. If your recipient is out when we try to deliver to them, a card will be left. Delivery will be reattempted the next day unless we hear from the recipient. If this persists we will contact the recipient to establish a suitable delivery time. If your parcel is delayed for any reason beyond our control we will contact you immediately to keep you up-to-date. If you have any questions regarding your order please email or call 0800 328 2323.
