Blended Whisky

Blended Whisky is the workhorse of the Scotch trade. They’re the ones pulling the palanquin, while Single Malts have their feet up on a divan, reading the poetry of Robert Louis Stevenson. They make up around 90% of the total whisky produced in Scotland and offer terrific value for money. They consist of a mixture of whiskies from multiple distilleries, this gives blenders the opportunity to create exactly the style of whisky they desire. Whiskies in this category such as Johnnie Walker, Chivas Regal and Famous Grouse are some of the most recognisable brands on the market and have a worldwide appeal.
