Bourbon Whiskey - American Whiskey and Bourbons

The esteemed scion of Bourbon County, Kentucky - now made across the whole of the USA - is a grain whiskey produced chiefly from maize. It's distilled for the most part using the Heath Robinson-esque patent still, which allows continuous distillation, unlike the pot stills used in Scotland which do it in batches. The spirit is then aged in charred new oak barrels for a minimum of two years, imparting body, vanilla sweetness and whatever other qualities are sought by the distiller, be they the spice-and-honey complexity of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage, or the voluptuously spicy yet sweetness of Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey .

If you can't find what you're looking for in our Bourbon range, why not check out our Whiskey Liquers, many of which also hail from across the pond. Alternatively, give us a call, tell us what we're looking for and we'll see if we can get our mitts on your favourite Bourbon for you.
