Garnacha Blanca

An easy-going, fruity Spaniard with a flirty, peppery kick that injects energy into any gathering. It’s used to the sun and is a bit of a drifter, so can be found in hot climates like the southern Rhône and elsewhere. Relationship-wise, it’s officially single but, owing to its unstructured approach to life, it does enjoy the company of other, more sturdy grapes, such as Syrah and Mourvèdre. But back in Spain, it’s spending more and more time with Tempranillo in Rioja… so maybe it’ll have to change its relationship status sometime soon…
