They Say

Using 100% Weber blue agave, picked at their peak — anywhere from 8-12 years old — Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is described as spicy and well rounded with flavors of toasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch. This deep, luxurious tequila is ideal for sipping.

We Say

Northern and Central America was very different in 1800. They had a population of around 7,000,000, Thomas Jefferson was running the show and American 21-year-olds entertained themselves by hitting a hoop with a stick, opposed to driving to Cancún and deafening locals with screams of “Woo, Spring Break!” The other major difference was the absence of premium tequila, that all changed in 1800, when this eponymous distillery started producing Añejo Tequila. With high quality aged tequila, radiating herbaceous aromas balanced with vanilla and butterscotch notes, it wasn’t long before Jefferson was clocking out of the White House at 5 O'clock on a Friday and disgruntling bartenders with yells of 'Uno Mas!'
