The Bajel Pirata Blanco is a crystalline yellow-greenish color. With aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits and stone fruits with a slight floral nuance. The palate is soft, with a touch of sweetness and balanced acidity, with citrus notes that bring freshness. Medium persistence.
The Merseguera grows and develops in its natural habitat: in front of the Mediterranean, in the Southeast of the Iberian Peninsula. This area has produced wines since the time of the Phoenicians, wines that were already marketed across the sea and that reached all the points of the different empires that conquered this land. These vines are planted in poor, sandy soil with pebbles on the surface and different proportions of limestone.
