Toques means chef's hat, which gives this wine its name in part because the wine tastes best when wearing a novelty hat of your choosing (we recommend a beret), and also because Légende des Toques is the result of a collaboration of the top regional chefs with the Rhonéa cellarmaster. All of whom work together to blend a masterpiece Côtes du Rhône that represents the southern Rhône terroir, the sun and the local cuisine.

The result is an elegant Rhône blend, soft and rich on the palate with bright strawberry and blackberry notes. The tannins are discreet and well-rounded supporting the subtle spiced character that lingering on the finish.
Rhonéa is a melting pot of local winegrowers all working together in the spectacular landscape of the Southern Rhône. Today Rhonéa is made up of 250 estates situated around the craggy and imposing Dentelles de Monmirail. All are united in their quest to produce quality grapes with minimal intervention to produce top drinking wines.
