Track your Orders
We have an automated tracking system that allows you to monitor the progress of your order with the click of a mouse or the swipe of a screen. The status of your order will be updated in your account - simply log in to track your parcels. Of course, you can always call customer services on 0800 328 2323 or email email@example.com to track your order. We are in the office from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.We track every parcel daily from the moment you place it to the point it's delivered so you can rest assured your order is in safe hands and will reach your recipient. If there are any problems, we will take immediate action and resend the parcel and update you accordingly. If your recipient is out when we try to deliver to them, a card will be left. Delivery will be reattempted the next day unless we hear from the recipient. If this persists we will contact the recipient to establish a suitable delivery time. If your parcel is delayed for any reason beyond our control we will contact you immediately to keep you up-to-date. Oddbins makes every effort to maintain strong working partnerships with our delivery partners to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order. If you wish to track your order, please use your unique tracking reference code in the order confirmation email you receive just after your order has been processed or by logging into your account. You can access the tracking site from your e-mail or from the link below. Once there, simply enter your unique reference code to get the latest information on the status of your order.
Driver left a card
In order to rearrange delivery, visit the following link www.parcelforce.com. Click 'Arrange redelivery or pickup' and enter your unique card reference number along with the relevant details and select 'Next to Redelivery Options'.
Following this you will have the option to choose one of the following options:
- Have your parcel redelivered to your current address
- Redelivered to a different address (from £5.50)
- Pick up from your local depot at no additional cost
- Pick up from your local Post Office (from £1)
