A full bodied and harmonious wine backed up by elegant acidity. #Bio Grillo DOC grown in Sicily from organically certified vineyards. The grapes are grown on clayey-sandy soils and is also suitable for Vegans. Apple and herbaceous notes and honeyed character and crisp layered finish. Great with pasta, white meat, grilled and baked fish.
