"I should've bought you flower's and held your hand. Should have gave you all my hours, when I had the chance!"
O Bruno, you silly snowdrop, you're not the first and you won't be the last to underappreciate what you’ve got until it's gone. In fact, if we weren't in the middle of deconstructing 'When I Was Your Man,' this may have been an appropriate time to reference Joni Mitchell as supporting evidence.

Perhaps Bruno had the best of intentions but just didn't know a good florist; such a shame, we're told 1 in every 1 divorces are due to poor supply chain management. He should've brought his former paramour a bottle of Cantine Belisaro Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, one whiff of the enticing aromas of rose, geranium and violet perfumes supported by notes of myrtle and cinnamon and the couple would've surely been captivated. After taking a sip, experiencing the smooth palate of red fruit supporting a floral backbone, no doubt their love would've been stronger than ever. Learn from Bruno Mars, tell this wine how you feel and never let it go!
The 300-hectare Cantine Belisario co-operative was founded in 1971. Belisario's vineyards are situated inland, where the climate is more continental. This combination of warm days and cool nights gives a longer growing season, which in turn ensures good flavour in the grapes. The Lacrima vineyards lie in Morro d'Alba on hillsides at approximately 180 metres above sea level. The mixed soils are predominantly clay.

Fruit went through 12 hours of maceration before fermentation. Fermentation took place for 25 days at temperatures of 18-19°C. 75% of the wine was fermented then aged in stainless steel and 25% spent 10 months in 225 litre barriques.
