This delicate looking wine lies somewhere in between, because it's unequivocal proof that rosé can be incredibly serious stuff. It carries the poise, elegance and flawless complexion of Grace Kelly and then explodes with pink grapefruit, passion fruit, strawberry sorbet and lemon sherbet.
According to Steven Spurrier from Decanter Château Coussin Rosé is "the perfect Provence Rosé". From an old wine-producing estate, one of the most ancient in France, located at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. This Château takes its name from J. B. Coussin, the owner in the 18th century, but it has been owned by the Sumeire family since 1903.
