Chateau Peyrabon is located in the Haut-Medoc, Bordeaux, France. The wines are fermented in stainless steel or thermoregulated concrete (sounds unromantic but it's very good for controlling the temperature of the fermenting juices). The wines are tasted regularly to determine the length of grape maceration (soaking grape skins in the juice). 14 months in oak barrel.
