The grapes are harvested manually early in the morning at a low temperature before being matured in stainless steel tanks to give its fresh flavours.
The wine is pale yellow in colour with tints of green. On the nose it is intense and refreshing with white fruits, exotic fruits and white flowers. It is well balanced on the palate with long lasting fresh flavours of passion fruit to finish.
All wines produced must have a strong typicity of the region/AOC. The wines have to be fresh and balanced with not excessive alcohol. Fruit driven with no vegetal or harsh tannins. Minimum interventions about yeast, SO2 and filtration.
