Claudia Serra is a specialist in the Languedoc region and produces some exceptional wines at Vignerons. All of the fruity wines produced are fresh and balanced while not to excessive in alcohol.
The Couleur De Rouge is garnet red in colour with hints of blue. It offers a fresh and clean palate, with touches of red fruits and spice. On the finish it has fresh and mellow tannins.
Claude Serra is well known as a specialist within the Languedoc area regarding soils/terroirs and viticulture. Claude has been professor in University of Oenologie of Montpellier for a long period of times. Despite his other commitments he still finds time to teach on the Languedoc region one day for every month.He presents what was called" cutting edge winemaking/style an excessive number of Co from the end of the 80's.
