Cucielo Bianco is made using carefully selected Italian white wines known for their fresh, nutty and fruit driven flavours. These are combined with sustainably and naturally sourced botanicals: wormwood, green apple, cardamom, pink pepper, elder-flower and pomegranate.
The result is a bright, golden vermouth with crisp green apple on the nose, light floral and herbaceous aromas, rounded with subtle notes of maraschino cherries, bitter orange and raisins. The palate is warm, soft and still sweet with vanilla and ripe summer fruit, balanced by a pleasant bitter note on the exceptionally long finish.
