Cucielo Rosso is heavily influenced by its naturally sourced botanicals. Wormwood, Sicilian bitter orange, cloves, yarrow, vanilla pods and the striking china gentian combine to create this highly versatile, dry vermouth.
The intense red colour is that of a cornelian gemstone. Aromas of caramelised orange and rhubarb are joined with subtle hints of vanilla, anise and cloves, and balanced by warm peppery notes, orange and raisins. The palate is brilliantly smooth, with fresh bursts of pomegranate and ripe, red fruits leading into a warm and lightly bitter finish which is long and dry.
