The palate is well structured and complex thanks to ageing in French barriques, leading to a clean fresh finish.
Established in 1987 by Bertel and Anne Sundstrup, Dalrymple Vineyards is situated in northeast Tasmania, in the heart of the highly acclaimed Pipers River region. The Sundstrups’ vines are planted on the sloping hills that overlook Bass Strait – the wild sea that separates Tasmania from the mainland.
The winery is well known for producing complex wines with weight, texture and flavour, with real personality in each bottle.
