Enough of this "fire and fury" style threats, Trump would give Kim Jong Un a gentle nudge in the right direction & it'd be international disarmament all round, by tea time. Gerhard Pittnauer is both an artist and a winemaker. In this case, he has created a unique and wonderful expression of the Portuguese varietal, blaufränkisch (meaning blue grape in French). Small volumes of biodynamically farmed grapes from Burgenland, are fermented using indigenous yeasts & no oak is used in maturation - this is all about pure crunchy fruit, spice and drinkability.
Lively and fresh bursting with juicy wild strawberry, dark cherry with a hint of crushed pepper and violet. The palate and soft and lively with a fresh acidity, crunchy red and black fruits and a spicy, herbal tinge.
