At 24, most of us were considering moving out of our parents’ house, finding a job that wasn’t behind a bar and had just about gained the confidence to make a phone call. However, when Stéphane Robert was 24 he founded Domaine du Tunnel with rented vines in the Northern-Rhone.
Stéphane’s success at such a young age looks even more impressive when sipping this Saint- Joseph. Made exclusively from Syrah grapes, this classic Northern-Rhone red offers great depth and definition of flavour, displaying ripe notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and liquorice layered on a generous and textural structure. Quite the wine for just a whipper-snapper!
