The Emiliana Natura Sauvignon Blanc is a transparent yellow in colour with a delightfully complex nose of lime and grapefruit. Citrus and herb notes appear on the palate with a fresh and balanced acidity on the finish.

Emiliana is the largest producer of organic and biodynamic wines in South America. With an estate across 997 hectars of land in the valleys of Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua and Chachapoal, 923ha are IMO certified organic, with the remaining 74 under conversion. At the heart of this project are General Manager José Guilisasti and winemaking consultant Alvaro Espinoza, who aimed to convert the large commercial winery into a commercially viable organic one.

Noelia Orts has been winemaker at Emiliana since 2011 following her studies for a Master’s Degree in Oenology and Viticulture at the University of Chile. Prior to this, Noelia’s travels and studies led to working harvests at established wineries such as Miguel Torres and Marqués de Griñón wineries in Spain and New Zealand’s Oyster Bay. Her love for Chilean wines began during a visit she went on to a harvest in 2009, since then she takes every opportunity to share her wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for Chilean wines.

Emiliana Natura Sauvignon Blanc is a crunchy and lively white wine. With fresh lime zest and green pepper aromas on the nose, the wine offers a mineral palate that carries these zesty and zippy flavours right through to the long finish.
