Graffiti Rosé of Malbec Brut NV Sparkling Wine

When you think Argentinain Malbec, you probably cast your minds off to bold, dark reds and steak pairings…Mauricio Lorca is here to change that. His pale pink sparkling rosé is bursting with beautiful aromas of ripe, red berries with a fresh and fruity palate. Lip-smacking flavours of cherry, strawberry and a well-balanced acidity make this a great accompaniment to lighter dishes such as smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
Located in Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, Bodega Lorca was established in 2002 by Mauricio Lorca. As a young Mendocinean, Mauricio was set to study medicine after high school but after a group of enolofists visted his school, he realised he wanted to be a winemaker. Although his Mum was initially disappointed but his sudden change of heart, Mauricio has since established himself as one of the most highly respected winemakers in Mendoza.



Beginning his career at Catena Zapata, aged 21, Mauricio has earned a huge amount of high profile experience and respect throughout his career and has been head winemaker at a number of wineries during this time. Now, as well as running his own projects at Bodega Lorca, he is much in demand as a consultant to more than 20 wineries.



Inspired by nature, Lorca's goal is to make beautiful wines that express their high altitude terrior, and they do this using a number of sustainable practices both in the vineyard and the winery.
