This is the stone you must carry if you've tried quite a bit of wine; the knowledge that Riesling is one of the greatest grapes in the world and everyone you inform of this fact, brushes you off with common misconceptions. We've heard them all before; "we didn't like Blue Nun, it's too sweet, it burns my eyes when you spray me with that Riesling super soaker!"
We doubt that if reasoned arguments like "most Riesling is dry" or "we did ask you to put on goggles before the tasting" didn't work in the past, then labouring the point probably won't help. So, we've got one last shot, the Gysler Kammerton Riesling; crisp, elegant, yet textual, this dry and piercingly refreshing Riesling has a mouth-watering palate of crushed green apple, lime kaffir, melon and beeswax; if this wine doesn't win you round we can't see what else would!
