An excellent display of balance, complexity and refinement, the rich 18 Year Old from Highland Park is a favourite among many. Aromas and flavours of sweet honeyed malt mingle with dried fruit notes, marzipan and golden syrup, accompanied by the distinctive yet subtle floral peat smoke that the distillery is well known for. This is a whisky that reveals more layers with every glass that you enjoy.
Highland Park is made today with the same high standards, traditions and beliefs as it has been since 1798. It is one of only a handful of distilleries that still uses a traditional malting floor, turning each batch of malt by hand. Based in Orkney, the distillery is subject to a climate that is perfect for the long, cool maturation necessary to make its excellent whiskies.
