Sometimes you just need to stop and smell the roses. Well, now you can drink them too! Featuring 4 label designs, each depicting a different flower, this pale pink rosé wine has a fine and subtle nose similar to that of a rose garden. The clean palate of fresh red fruits and berries, with hints of white peach make this the ideal wine for an al fresco dinner.
The story of Domaines Paul Mas began in 1892 when Auguste Mas bought the first family vineyard, acquiring 9ha of vines. Over the years, the vineyards have grown in size and remained under the control of the family. In 1987, 35ha of vines were handed to Jean-Claude who later established the Domaines Paul Mas name.
Jean-Claude continues to run the Domaine today, which now has over 800 hectares of vines on its own estates in the heart of Languedoc, 20% of which are organic. Jean-Claud has had a passion for wine his entire life. At the age of 3, during the harvest, he escaped from his mother and ran 1.5 miles to meet his grandfather in the cellar. He says that this is a moment he will never forget, and when his interest and passion for wine was born.
