The La Girouette Merlot is a well balanced, smooth red wine from the E.I Wines selection. It has notes of soft and jammy blackberry and juicy plum, alongside creamy tannins. An excellent companion to a hearty casserole.
E.I Wines vineyard produces a range of classic French varietals in the sunny Pays d'Oc region. The vineyard has 5,000 hectares of vines, well managed to suit each range.
The wine growers have an intimate knowledge of the terrior and combine this excellently with a team of international winemakers. Throughout the vineyard is the key values of respecting the vine, the soil and the grape ensuring quality is always maintained from the vineyard to the bottle.
