On the palate, the wine captivates through notes of pink grapefruit, strawberries and peaches, backed by a good acidity and minerality. Crama Rasova is one of the newest and most modern wine cellars in Romania. Crama Rasova is a family run estate located in Cernavoda, the heart of the Dobrogean southern wine region of Romania. The Dobrogean “terroir” has a strong influence on the character of our wines. The sunny slopes, the proximity of the majestic Danube river and the soils rich in chalk are just few of elements which define this unique terroir. Here, we strive to produce some of Romania’s best wines, characterized by upfront flavours, balance and minerality. Our vineyard stretches over 50 hectares where the vines are carefully grown to produce the fruit for our wines.
