For those who are genuinely in the market for top end Champagne, don't be put off by RC's notoriety or the turbulent divorce with Jay-Z, this is one of the very best there is.
Cristal is only made in the best years and from a blend of Louis Roederer's finest grand cru vineyards. The wine is a distinctive culmination of matter and purity, richness and softness.
Louis Roederer originally produced Cristal for Tsar Alexander II of Russia in 1876, in response to his request for an exclusive clear-bottled champagne to serve at his court.
