It would be unfair to say this gin is moreish, that’s the way you describe a chocolate digestive, not an impeccable quality small batch gin from Tullamore. No, that can only be defined as Mor Irish. For while a chocolate digestive is a sturdy, workhorse of a biscuit, that inspires some degree of repeat munching, Mor Irish Gin, with its dry yet powerfully fruit forward palate is so delicious you may never drink another gin again!
