A white that caused great excitement last time we had it in stock; this is the Sauvignon Blanc made by Mulderbosch, one of the most respected wineries of South Africa. In fact it's been said by some to be the very best of white producers in South Africa full stop! A Sauvignon with great presence, fruit and balance this has steadily become a mainstay of our South African range. Dry with a fruity start but a clean, fresh finish.
Founded in 1989, Mulderbosch quickly captured the attention of the wine world with its racy Sauvignon Blanc. Quite a feat given that when Larry Jacobs bought the the property it was better know locallly as “vuilplasie” meaning “dirty little farm”!
